My name is Victoria Ghyvoronsky. I’m 25 years old and still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up. I graduated with my Master’s in Social Work a couple of years ago and currently work as a clinical therapist in a psychiatric hospital. I very much enjoy it, but I’m not satisfied. I’ve recently (secretly) contemplated leaving the world of psychology altogether to become a writer. I’ve always loved writing—whether it's composing a sappy love poem, journaling those scary thoughts I’d never want anyone to see, or even writing a paper for school. It’s something I always come back to; it's something that reawakens me. The dream of writing the day away in a magical tower hidden in the deep of the woods is a recurring one. But everyone tells me I do not have to quit my job to be a writer. So here I am, blogging instead! I plan to fill this blog with all of the different things that inspire me—the extraordinary things as well as the ordinary, so-called minute things of life.
